I like the fact that they open up before other jobs related locations in the area (at least on Sundays). Nice atmosphere & employee was super sweet and she explained some of the menu to use. Will definitely return to try the sweet treats!

We ordered the strawberry matcha, black milk tea, and shrimp roll. Everything was great. The tea was tasty, a little on the sweet side so would order less sugar next time. Will definitely be back!

I can’t wait to go again! The sitting area is very cute, my husband and I tried the taro tea with boba, a matcha strawberry latte, and the cream brûlée. The drinks tasted fresh and the treat was delicious! The service was great and the employee was so nice.

Stopped by for a treat before dinner but ended up so full, I postponed. Clean place, like a cafe, but not a cozy one with cushions and benches. A few people stopped by for some drinks, one got a binsu to go. I can't recall what drink I got before but think the drinks were too sweet for me. Mango binsu: nice, sweet mango and mango sauce. Probably a bit too sweet, so it's nice it's on the side. Ice itself is kind of milky, thought it was shaved ice but it's basically like ice cream. Also had a scoop of mango ice cream on top. Nice, creamy. Pretty large, would split with someone. Thai binsu: mild Thai tea flavor, came with a side of boba. Boba was good, very soft and warm. Thought the Oreo bits on top was weird, but my friend liked them.

Nice place. We had strawberry bin soo and it was excellent. My two year old enjoyed her strawberry smoothie. The Thai coffee bubble tea I had was very good as well. Best bubble tea place I’ve found in the area.

I got the lychee butterfly pea tea with tapioca pearls today (my second time here and my second time ordering it) I really like it – it’s different from my usual bubble tea order of either Jasmine green tea or lychee green tea with tapioca pearls, but it’s worth it I’d probably alternate between this one, Jasmine green tea with tapioca pearls and other drinks on the menu

If you like Asian desserts, you MUST check this place out! You can tell the owner put so much love into this place. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is 10/10. We ordered Matcha Bingsu and Hong Kong Egg Waffle with ice cream and fruit toppings. Both were so very delicious and the portions were generous. I can’t wait to try their bubble tea and other menus next time. Chaava is now our favorite dessert place
